Privacy Policy
Effective October 16, 2026
Blueprint for Scale LLC ("Blueprint for Scale," "we," "us") is a marketing agency for local service businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect through blueprintforscale.com, our chat and text messages, and the work we do for clients, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you chat with us, email us, text us, or book a call, you give us your name, email address, phone number, business name, and whatever you tell us about your business.
Clients give us access to the accounts we run for them, such as their Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, website, and HighLevel CRM. Those accounts hold details about the client's business and its customers: leads, call recordings, messages, reviews, and the public names of reviewers.
Cloudflare, which hosts this site, logs standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, so it can deliver the site and block abuse. The chat widget stores data in your browser so your conversation carries over between pages. We run no analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and set up calls.
- To do the work clients hire us for: running ads, building and maintaining websites, managing Business Profiles, setting up CRM automations, and reporting results.
- To send text messages you have agreed to receive (see Text messages).
- To bill clients and keep business records.
- To keep our site and the accounts we manage secure, and to comply with the law.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their advertising.
Information from Google accounts
With a client's permission, our internal tools connect to Google services through Google's APIs, including the Google Business Profile APIs, the Google Ads API, and the Search Console API. We sign in with Google's OAuth, and we reach only the accounts and profiles where the business owner has added us as a manager or user. These tools are for our own team; we do not sell them or offer them to anyone else.
Through these APIs we read and update business details (name, address, hours, categories, services, and description), reviews and our replies to them, posts, photos, and performance figures such as calls, website clicks, direction requests, ad results, and search traffic.
We use this information only to deliver and report on the services the client hired us for: keeping their profile accurate, replying to reviews, publishing posts and photos, managing their ads, and reporting results. A person on our team approves every review reply, post, and profile change before it goes live.
Blueprint for Scale's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, we:
- use Google user data only to provide or improve the services the client asked for;
- transfer it only to HighLevel, our AI drafting provider, and our contractors, and only when they need it to deliver the client's service; when the law requires it; or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business, and then only after the client gives explicit prior consent;
- never sell it, or use it for advertising, credit decisions, or data brokering;
- never use it to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models;
- let people on our team read it only with the client's agreement, which they give when they hire us to manage the account; for security; to comply with the law; or in aggregated form for internal operations.
Our staff, our contractors, and any successor to our business must follow these same rules. Before we use information from Google APIs in a new way, we will tell the clients affected and ask for their consent.
A client can remove our access at any time by removing us as a manager in Business Profile, removing our user in Google Ads or Search Console, or revoking our app at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Our access ends when they do.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business, under contract and only for that purpose:
- HighLevel (LeadConnector), for our CRM, chat, email, and text messages;
- Google, for email, documents, and the client accounts described above;
- Cloudflare, for website hosting and security;
- Anthropic (Claude), which helps us draft copy, replies to reviews, and reports, with model training on our data switched off; a person on our team checks every draft before we use it;
- our payment and accounting providers;
- contractors who work on client accounts, under confidentiality obligations.
None of this sharing includes text messaging originator opt-in data or consent. We also disclose information when the law requires it. If we merge with or sell our business, information would pass to the new owner, who would remain bound by this policy; information from Google APIs passes only with the client's explicit prior consent.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we text you about your inquiry, about calls you book with us, and, if you are a client, about the work we do for you. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. Full messaging terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties other than the provider that delivers our texts.
Cookies
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The HighLevel chat widget stores cookies and similar browser data so it can keep your conversation going. Cloudflare may set a cookie to filter out malicious traffic. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; if you do, the chat may forget your conversation.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details while we are in touch and for our business records afterward. We keep client data for as long as we work together. When a client leaves, their website, ad accounts, CRM, and data stay with them. We remove our access and delete their data once we no longer need it for business, tax, or legal records, or sooner if the client asks.
Security
We keep sign-in credentials on access-restricted systems and give team members access only to the accounts they work on. If you think your information has been exposed, email us right away.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. Residents of some US states, the UK, and the EU have further rights under local law, and we handle those requests the same way.
If we hold your information because you are a customer of one of our clients, that business decides how it is used. We will pass your request to them and help them answer it.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. If a change affects how we handle client data, we will email our clients before it takes effect.
