These terms cover your use of blueprintforscale.com and of our chat and text messages. By using the site, you agree to them. Blueprint for Scale LLC ("Blueprint for Scale," "we," "us") runs this site.
Our work for clients is governed by the agreement each client signs with us. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.
Using this site
This site describes our services. It is general information, not an offer and not a promise of results for your business. The results we show come from past client accounts, and yours will differ. Prices, the Blueprint Guarantee, and other commitments apply only as written in a signed client agreement.
Please don't try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site, or use it to send spam or anything unlawful.
Our content
The text, design, logos, and images on this site belong to Blueprint for Scale or the people who licensed them to us. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy our content for commercial use without our written permission. Pure Maintenance and other brand names belong to their owners; we use them only to describe who we work with.
Text messages
When you give us your mobile number through our chat widget, a form, or a call booking and agree to receive texts, Blueprint for Scale will text you about your inquiry, about calls you book with us, and, if you are a client, about the work we do for you.
Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply; your wireless carrier sets them.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one confirmation and nothing further unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. You must be 18 or older to opt in. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number; we never share it for anyone else's marketing.
Links to other sites
We link to sites we don't control, such as Google's. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
No warranties
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Blueprint for Scale is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.
Governing law
The laws of the State of Utah govern these terms, and any dispute about them will be decided in the state or federal courts in Utah.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date.
